Learning Systems, Documentation, and Measurement
Overview
Scalable education requires more than individual courses or documents. It needs systems: organized content, clear pathways, reporting, governance, feedback loops, and metrics that help teams understand whether learning programs are helping users succeed.
My work has included documentation modernization, LMS migration planning, KPI dashboard development, and support-deflection resources that make education easier to maintain and evaluate.
IMPLAN Education Metrics and KPI Dashboard
At IMPLAN, I created an Education Services metrics dashboard to help the team evaluate program performance, communicate value, and guide decisions about learning priorities.
The dashboard is designed to support questions such as:
- Which education programs are reaching users?
- Which resources are most useful to customers and internal teams?
- Where are users still struggling?
- Which learning investments appear to support onboarding, adoption, or support efficiency?
- How should the team prioritize future content and program development?
LMS Migration and Learning Infrastructure
I am currently leading work to migrate online learning content into an LMS. This work is not only a platform move; it requires decisions about course structure, content organization, learner pathways, reporting, ownership, and long-term maintenance.
Key workstreams include:
- Content inventory and audit
- Course and module structure

- Metadata and tagging strategy

- Governance and update processes
- Alignment with customer and internal education goals
GAUSS Documentation Modernization
At Aptech, I managed a major documentation modernization effort for GAUSS, moving static PDF-style documentation into a searchable, online-first documentation hub. The documentation system emphasized practical examples, clearer organization, and better self-service for users.
This work reduced support burden, improved user experience, and created a stronger foundation for ongoing education, product releases, and technical support.
