Education Strategy, Learning Paths, and Content Roadmaps
Overview
Strong education programs start with a clear understanding of what users are trying to do, where they get stuck, and which resources will help them make progress. My recent work at IMPLAN has focused on using customer data, internal feedback, and AI-assisted analysis to identify learning gaps and turn them into structured education plans.
This work connects learning strategy to business priorities: customer onboarding, employee enablement, international growth, product adoption, support efficiency, and more consistent user outcomes.
Key Work
Learning Paths from Customer and Internal Feedback
Used customer ticket data, internal survey responses, and AI-assisted analysis to identify recurring learning needs and recommend structured training paths for:
- Internal employee roles and knowledge tracks
- External customer segments and verticals
- Technical and non-technical users
- New users moving through onboarding
- Advanced users expanding into deeper product workflows
Learning Content Roadmap for International Growth
Developed a data-informed content roadmap aligned with IMPLAN’s initiative to expand its international customer base. The roadmap used customer questions, survey feedback, support patterns, and business priorities to identify the content most likely to improve onboarding, product understanding, and customer self-service for emerging audiences.
Education Strategy Inputs
The roadmap and learning path work drew from:
- Support-ticket themes
- Internal survey feedback
- Customer-facing team observations
- Product and customer success priorities
- Content inventory review
- AI-assisted synthesis and categorization
- Business initiatives tied to customer growth
What This Work Demonstrates
- Ability to turn messy qualitative and operational data into an education plan.
- Skill in prioritizing content based on user needs, business goals, and product adoption barriers.
- Experience designing education for multiple audiences rather than one generic user group.
- Comfort using AI as an analysis and synthesis tool while keeping human judgment in the loop.
- Ability to connect customer education to company strategy.
