Product Development, Launch, and GTM Education
Overview
My Aptech role was broader than training or content. I worked across education, product development, customer support, GTM, and launch execution for GAUSS and related add-on products. This gave me experience connecting customer problems, technical capabilities, product positioning, and education resources into complete product adoption efforts.
This work is central to my career alignment: I am strongest in roles where education is connected to product strategy, launch readiness, customer understanding, and real-world adoption.
Product and Launch Contributions
Representative work included:
- Planning, developing, launching, and promoting GAUSS add-on products
- Helping define product scope and customer-facing value propositions
- Supporting product releases with demos, tutorials, blog content, documentation, and customer communications
- Translating technical functionality into practical examples and use cases
- Working with developers, economists, business leaders, and customers to clarify product requirements and adoption barriers
- Using customer support patterns and user feedback to improve documentation, training, and product guidance
- Supporting post-launch adoption through tutorials, office hours, examples, and direct customer assistance
GTM and Product Education
I created and managed content that supported both customer education and product marketing:
- Product-focused blog posts and tutorials
- Launch education and announcement content
- Customer-facing examples and demos
- Email and social distribution support
- Office hours and webinar programming
- Documentation and onboarding updates
- Sales and customer support enablement resources
One measurable outcome from this work was authoring and managing instructional blog content that doubled site engagement.
Why This Work Matters
This experience shows that I can operate beyond a narrow content role. I can help a team think through how a product will be understood, adopted, taught, supported, and positioned. That includes both the user-facing education layer and the internal coordination needed to make launches more effective.
